Who We Are

Thirty years of shared expertise

HaileGabriel Consult was established in 1994 as a Category I Architectural and Engineering consulting firm, licensed by the Ethiopian Construction Authority. Over three decades, we have grown into a multidisciplinary practice with deep expertise across architecture, structural engineering, MEP, landscape, interior design, and contract administration.

Our team has been involved in the design, supervision, and contract administration of iconic projects of varying nature and complexity — from corporate headquarters and commercial complexes to hotels, apartments, factories, and public service facilities. In every case, our approach is the same: close collaboration with clients and communities, rigorous technical execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

We are not a large firm. We are a focused, experienced team where every principal is hands-on in every project. That is how we have maintained our reputation for speed, precision, and excellence across thirty years of practice.

Chief Executive Officer

Hailegabriel founded the firm in 1994 with a conviction that Ethiopia's rapid urbanisation deserved architecture of international calibre — delivered by a team deeply rooted in local knowledge. Over three decades he has led the design and delivery of many of the country's most significant buildings, including the first 20+ storey high-rise of its scale in Ethiopia. His leadership combines technical rigour with a long-term view of what architecture can do for a community and an economy.
